   The restricted area of ​​the website contains data voluntarily provided beforehand during the member admission process. This process entails, from the outset, consent for the electronic processing and recording of personal data in a database, as well as acknowledgment, completion, and signing of the "Personal Data Processing Declaration."

   All personal information collected by SIPLA is provided voluntarily and in advance by its members, and is processed solely and exclusively in the course of the union's activities regarding its members. The personal information collected and processed includes name, date of birth, full address, identification document number, tax ID number, mobile and landline phone numbers, email address, membership number, employer, employee name, and professional category.
   
   The SIPLA leadership shall retain the Member's personal data for the time necessary to fully pursue the Data Controller's legitimate interests in defending and promoting the Member's socio-professional interests, and for up to 10 (ten) years following the termination of the Member's affiliation with SIPLA.
